it might just be me but over the past few years, VISA has slowly captured a large portion of the it's industry in the U.S. market and many large firms are phasing of all their MasterCard products to replace it with VISA, for example CHASE has made all its prime cards VISA and recently I noticed CITI is making such changes as well. I am very confident that VISA will monopolize the U.S. market in the next 5 years...
