I have been thinking about scheduling our next trip through FRA in order to purchase/pick up new Rimowa luggage. I am uncertain as to the process and would appreciate your comments. If, I order online through the Rimowa online service, and they deliver the suitcase to me at the international gate, how do I get rid of the case I have used to get from DEN to FRA? Do I have to pull everything out of my old case in order to use the new Rimowa to board my next flight out of Germany? How do I get my VAT refund cleared there in FRA at the LH terminal?
