interesting article and very telling. how many are gonna blame the bloggers for pushing and hawking CCs at every opportunity en masse esp the last few yrs lol.

also wonder what this all means for us and the world of rewards. are they gonna shrink by ever increasing consumers taking advantage of 'limited pool of awards' (including moving of redemption goalposts aka drastic devals) -- or will CC processors double down and make rewards more enticing to move completely away from cash based transactions in our economy, as humanly possible?

p.s. this should also put notions espoused by some here to rest that CC companies are bleeding money by running the lucrative rewards programs that they do.
