It looks like that was the same plane that came into LHR from PEK. But I don't know why it took so long to turn the plane around for the LHR to PHX flight. Also, by the looks of it that plane wouldn't have been able to depart on time anyway as the PEK arrival was after the LHR-PHX departure.
