While we did not stay in one, it appeared to me that all the Beach Area Casita rooms split half of the ground floor below a Beach Area Casita Suite. In that respect, they seem no different than the ground-floor Casita rooms elsewhere on the property. There are, however, many second-floor Casita rooms in the main portion of the property (i.e., not all of the second-story rooms are suites), so if for some reason you have an aversion to ground-floor accommodations, you would want to go with a non-Beach-Area Casita room.
