Question Checking car seat on Emirates
Hi,

I am flying Dallas-Dubai-Mumbai [DFW-DXB-BOM] on Emirates the trip includes 1 adult and 1 child [4 yrs age] . Does Emirates allow a car seat to checked in for free in addition to the 2 checked baggage allowed for the child ?

All domestic carriers in the US allow the care seat to be checked in free in addition to the 2 checked bags. I will be arriving in DFW on AA and then onto Emirates. They are 2 separate tickets - so I will collect my luggage in DFW and recheck in with EK. AA has afree car seat check in policy.

What is the policy on Emirates ?
