Wife got 15k on UAE after transfer to LD on her first call. Last month it took me 3 calls and practically begging just to get 4k. Last year, she got 10k and I only got 5k. I told her she sucks, but I was happy to get the miles. We both spent ~$40-50k/yr each on these cards in the past 2 years.
