You really need to get out more if you think the GF lounges are fantastic. Contrast the UA GF lounge at ORD (world headquarters for UA) with the BA first class lounge at ORD in T5. The BA lounge itself isn't all that special but their dining room with 5 course waiter served meals blows away the UA GF lounge, and this is an outstation for BA. Compare first class lounges of LH, BA, EK, QF, TG, VS, CX etc etc at their headquarter hubs with the headquarter hub UA GF lounge.
