I booked a ticket on the MEA website and now want to change my travel dates.

I tried calling MEA on the number that is in their website. Seven calls, a total of more than one hour on the phone, they never pick up. They suggest to write an email, which I did, but got no reply.

This all confirms my judgement of MEA of being a rubbish airline (before you ask why I fly them: I don't. I buy my ticket with them because they had free seats, but the flights are operated by Air France). But that learning doesn't solve my problem.

Anyone has an idea of what to do? A phone number different from the one on their website?
