Got my ABTC card in the mail today. That was fast. Tuesday I went into IAD, and now it's Thursday and I have it in hand. The letter is postmarked Wednesday.

The enclosed letter states "U.S. ABTC holders still require a visa, where required, for entry into APEC economies. The United States does not participate in the APEC pre-clearance visa free travel scheme.." but I guess we all knew that part by now.
