Last night I tried to login via the app and it failed (said to call in to customer service); I then
tried to login via the web and got the same message that you posted.
I was a slightly concerned about a shutdown since I did a small unload to BB earlier in the day.
Anyway, this morning I was able to do a web login and a reloadit without a hitch.
