But it's still comparably very low at UA, which is what Dougie wants AA to be like (if not worse).
They were able to achieve these results while *gasp* serving meals in F on flights over 2 hours, having F on the 321Ts, having 150 seats in the 738s, and having large MCE sections. Hell, during this time even many lowly Golds were allowed to check two bags for free and sit in pre-reserved MCE seats for free. How did they manage to make a profit at all?
