A few weeks ago, I saw this promotion on the Virgin America website. It's similar to the DL and AS promotions, and valid for all flights in and out of SEA until October 31, 2014. I can't find the link anymore as I saw it on the website, not via email, so if anyone has the link, it'd be great to share with others.
