I was on the phone yesterday pricing a complex journey as the BA.com site couldn't cope as it was on a number of OneWorld carriers. Great agent gave me what I needed and told me there would be a £5 fee when I booked by phone. I reminded her I was a Gold and she said it could probably be removed. Now seems to be standard.
