Via used to have the menus on the web, but don't seem to anymore. I'd consider the food quite superior to BA's long haul J meals for instance, and probably better than F, but not quite as fancy. It's all cooked fresh on board, not reheated. Wine selection is more limited because they only carry Canadian wines.
Ah excellent, I just sent that link along with the one above to my Dad, we'll see what he thinks. Personally, the showers don't bother me but I can still remember my dorm days. I want my Dad to just suck it up, I can't think of a better way to see Canada, but he's a stubborn guy sometimes. Thank you for the links and info though, here's hoping he sees my point.
