Nothing. I just walked up to the APEC counter and they processed it just like they do in the regular line. No questions asked.
Just to clarify for us all:

1. japan - just walked up to apec counter -- with or without abct card?
2. thailand - just walked up to apec counter -- with or without abct card?
3. vietnam - same question, and assume you had also had visa in hand, right?
