From recent experience of upgrading ex-EUs, main flight posts OK but feeder posts as ineligible when I've done a CW to F upgrade.

It can work in your favour - I've had UuA F flight post full F avios and TPs before now.

As already said, best to call as flight is not missing, just wrong.
