I paid for CW and upgraded to first using avios. My understanding is that I should get the tier points and avios for the CW booking. My transaction status shows that the flight is ineligible and have no tier points or avios. It would mean that I don't make silver next year.
Have I got something wrong here or should I phone and inquire. The first flight was the 8th and the return was the 20th. Both are posted as ineligible.
i think you need to give BAEC a call to resolve. You should get the tier points and avios for the cabin you originally paid cash for
