Good idea. I want to get more properties posted to the thread, then I'll throw up BAR vs. V rate comparisons (at both ends - rates that differ greatly, and rates that are identical). I'll probably put them in Post #1, near the FAQ.
EDIT: in the meantime, since I want to upload properties before rate comparisons, here's what I'm seeing --> V rates are usually the same as Preferred rates. Here's the Phoenician September 16-18:
