MR tweaked the brekkie program for Europe
A FTer tipped me off to this tweak in the elite bennies:

"In Europe, hotels without a lounge offer a choice of breakfast for two in the restaurant or 750 points daily"

Will update the wiki & the exec lounge sticky.
