What happens if you just need 1 Bedroom and don't need 2 or 4? Can the resort block out the remaining bedrooms and sell it as a one bedroom?
If you want a 3 BR villa, they will close off one bedroom of the 4 BR villa - they confirmed that on an earlier stay. Not sure about 1 BR though. It might depend on occupancy.
