All,

passport is philipines, maiden name
green card is married name
ticket is married name
origin is US (SFO)
destination is mexico
airline is united
marriage license/documentation isn't available

I've talked with at least 3 representatives at united premier line and can't really get a consistent answer.

Questions:
- should I change the ticket name to match passport, or leave it (it currently matches green card)
- any advice on how to proceed would be welcome
