Does your BAEC account correctly show you as GGL online? If so the contact number for the GGL team will show up in the 'Contact us' section - it is in the first column of the drop down menu under teh Executive Club tab. I think if you give them a call they should be able to sort it all out for you.
So my account now says GGL and I received the snail mail with the GGL card. But under that drop down menu, I still only see a number that is not available 24 hours, so I assume it is not the special hotline. And in the snail mail package, there was no special contact number given. I assume this might be because I am based in Germany? But even if I change my settings to UK and look for the UK number, it's the same.
