Long time lurker, first time poster, and appreciate any help.

I am trying to request missing miles for a TAM segment I flew from GIG to JFK (despite TAM leaving SA, you can still earn non AQM miles). When I purchased, my Aeroplan was on file and I earned miles on my outgoing flight, however, my return segment is missing.

When I enter the e-ticket number in the 'Request Mileage Credit' form (12 digits: 957-xxxxxxxxx), I keep getting the error:
- The following field is invalid/missing: Ticket Number.

Anyone have any experience with this? If this does not work, is there anyone contact that may be useful.
