I was also a victim of the identical, multiple payment issue (under 24 hours). If I hadn't raised a significant amount of hell I'd be out nearly $2000.
Anyone paying identical amounts to the same payee, within 24 hours, is playing with fire.
care to share what caused the payment issue? like was it something the WM cashier did, or just system processing that made an error? would be helpful to have details as i do multiple payments per day on occasion and haven't had problems.
