Thanks for all the replies...would have responded soon but I flew back to europe on Sunday.
I forwarded another email to 1kvoice without getting even an autoresponse. I will try the online form but i figured email should be easier since I can send all the documentation. If that doesn't work I will call 1K again and file a DOT complaint.
What makes me mad is that if I don't call them on it they would keep my $500 without a second thought. Shouldn't they be proactive for this kind of thing. Each time on the phone they said that they needed to process a new charge but the previous charge would be refunded. Some of these charges go back to February so I seriously doubt they would have ever been refunded.
