Thanks, I tried to do everything right since this was my first "test" order. I had read that even if I get the received e-mail I should get the approved/declined order in the next hour. It's been 3 hours since my order and have heard nothing, I guess my order is one of those that just gets lost in the shuffle. BTW, customer service says 48 hours for each order...ya right!!
