I am not surprised! North American carriers are not good. Just had to fly Delta to the South and the price was extremely high and the service was minimal at best. Delta has really poor service and high prices when I fly them and they face little competition anymore throughout most of their network. At least when I pay higher prices in Europe or Asia the service is so much better!
