I am AA EXP (1M) and want to book DFW-LHR-BOM in Business Class. The DFW-LHR would be on AA and LHR-BOM would be on BA metal. Do I need the DFW-LHR segments booked using AA flight numbers if I want to use the SWU to F vs. using BA flight numbers ?

Also, is there any difference in miles earned (base + elite bonus) and million miler qualification if I book DFW-DOH-BOM on QR ?
