Obviously not complaining! It's a great touch and huge props to the Westin. Just curious as to whether this is a known thing or not. Stayed at a lot of SPG properties and can count on 1/5th of my hand how many times it's happened before

Both.

Had similar happening in both Sheraton Montreal, Westin Fort Lauderdale, Westin Diplomat as well as this property.
