any club lounges with space similar to valley wing lobby?

agree that can be problematic. i wonder if it was the FTer who posted about being able to order complimentary food.

The Horizon Lounge in the main wing is large and you also used to have use of the best restaurant (Blu) in the hotel on the top floor (and balcony) for breakfast - think it might be just a bar at the moment. Not sure where the garden wing lounge is - I think it might be a function room that used to be on the ground floor near the pool.

The lounge in the Valley Wing is essentially the lobby of the Valley Wing.

Other than the breakfast room, small business centre and separate building / lobby / entrance, unlike some of the other hotels I listed earlier, there are no separate private leisure facilities - gym / pool. The hotel has a small 3 hole pitch and putt golf course - I've never seen anyone use this and wondered if the space could be used for an additional Valley Wing Pool. The main pool at the hotel is big but with three wings and condos (who do have a separate pool) it can get busy.

Re the food - IIRC they do serve some complimentary food in the evening but during the day we were told fried food such as burgers and fries were not possible - we weren't expecting it free we were prepared to pay so it narked us when we were told it wasn't possible despite someone doing exactly that the day before. We are realists and know if the King of Freedonia and his entourage are staying then rules will be broken and policies changed but that wasn't the case here.
