I believe I've heard of Cheapoair before (which is one of the 'brands' using the flightomart engine). But, I don't think any of these sites are the actual vendor of ticket you buy. If the 30% off fare isn't available from any other "normal" site or search like Kayak or ITA, I would suspect it is a consolidator/wholesale fare - the problem is there is no disclosure before you purchase of the fare class or rules for the ticket you are purchasing.
