I was hoping for something much simpler that some non-techie staff can also easily use. Like a simple web page (like my home Ooma has) where you can tick a box that says "forward" and then fill in the number (or choose from numbers previously saved).
If you pre-populate or periodically add to the Forwarding rules (one for each number you might possibly forward the line to) you can bookmark the Manage DID page at
https://www.voip.ms/m/managedid.php . The user will be prompted to log in and 3 clicks later they will have changed the forwarding setting by choosing from a drop-down list.
Anything simpler (as far as I know) would have to be built using the
Voip.ms API. I'm no coder, but maybe some benevolent FTer could whip something up for you.
