Name on award ticket
I've got an upcoming United redemption on Thai. When I look at the reservation number online, it has the format

Firstnamemiddleinitialmr Surname

(i.e. something like Fredcmr Bloggs, for Mr Fred C Bloggs).

Is this standard, or something which could cause a problem?
