Clearly that's an excellent result but I should point out that the vast majority of manufacturers (especially non-prestige manufacturers) would contract that to the AA.

Mercedes Assist is different in that it is done by the manufacturer. If you'd had a Ford, for instance, your only options would have been Hertz or the AA.

I'm actually quite pleased to know that if I ever do lock my keys in my car I'm not as screwed as I thought I'd be!
