I see a lot of X: MSP same day turns (domestic) around 6cpm.
Example: MSP-CLT-MSY-CLT-MSP

Mid-con is tough because to get enough miles you need to go west (or east) to than go east (or west) to than get back to your home airport. That can be tricky.
