IIRC, they will contact the slot manufacturer for that machine to do a verification on the win. I believe each slot manufacturer has an office in LV so it shouldn't take that long for it to be done. However, you might be late for your flight since it's going to take some time to verify the win and write out the check. Any large win like that is worth the wait though
