Do Saver rewards sell out fast? I plan on booking them as soon as I get the points saved up and as soon as the return date is available. Probably in about 2-3 months.

You can book the outbound now, if you like, and the return later, as Mileage Plus offers one-way awards. There is always some risk that three Saver seats will not be available for the return, but I think the greater risk is that the Saver seats currently available for the outbound will disappear.
