While you won't yet be able to see award space for next July, you should be able to see available award space right now for ATL-IST/SAW in May, 2015, by doing a dummy booking at united.com.
You beat me to it! That's exactly what I did and it's making me much more confident that I may be able to get Saver awards! I had no idea!
