Thanks for the tip about the IC HKG. We just recently stayed at the RC HKG in a club harbor room, and previously stayed at the RC SIN in a club marina room and both experiences were wonderful. It's just that I noticed this thread and when we were last at the Valley Wing though it was the largest "club" experience in the world.
The Shangri La's Main Wing is where you will find the main Horizon Club. I think they also offer a similar club experience now in the Garden Wing.
I've never classed the Valley Wing as a Club experience, it tends to market itself as a separate VIP wing (and seems to get a lot of world leaders staying there). This is a concept that Shangri la have adopted at a number of properties - Bangkok, Batu Ferrenghi (Penang), Beijing (China World), and Oman - there are probably others
