I just spoke with the Medallion Line regarding the 45 minute rule. She checked with a supervisor and returned and read to me the rule which applies only to the originating segment of the flight, which in our case will be MCO.

The 34 minute connecting time in CVG is legal for Delta. I guess we are just going to take our chances. I needed to be in Istanbul by 1:30pm on September 17, so I am just going to hope that we make the connection.
