Given that the "CE-only toilet" at the front appears not to be an advertised benefit, perhaps ET pax who see a big queue for the one remaining toilet at the back should simply just pop through the curtain into the CE cabin and use the one there?
I'm sure standing in the aisle waiting for the loo for ages is against some health and safety guideline or other
