Anyways, I had no problem paying citi with $100 of a $500 us bank MasterCard just now.
Therefore, i cannot really provide any insight as to why some of you were having problems,or whether the issue may have been fixed. Again, I had no issues just now
It will be interesting to see if others report success again. Maybe it was just a system glitch that denied the prior payment attempts.
