I took my first A380 flight yesterday (I think, am now in Oz so unsure what day it is!). Impressed with the smooth flight and view UD, CW window seat. Service was average and pleased it it not just me who found it very warm. I thought this issue was mainly an UD 744 issue and soon to be consigned to the past but it seems it might be with us for quite some time... I flew QF onwards on an old A330 (angled seats) but at least the cabin temp was cool.

I sat next to a very angry man on the A380. He was fuming that he had not been offered an amenity Kit whilst others had. He demanded a complaint form and then berated a poor HKG Chinese cabin crew member, whose English was not great, telling her it was atrocious service, would she like to pay for his seat, no wonder BA were not in the top ten airlines etc... A little OTT; he seemed to have lost his sense of perspective. I warned one of the more senior crew that there was a very angry man sat next to me and they might want to watch out...
