Long answer: You're legally entitled to a free credit report whenever adverse action is taken against you and a credit report/score was used in the decision. That means if you applied for a business credit card and they looked at your personal information you are entitled to a free report (and score if it was used, along with the range of that score).
If they only looked at your business information you're not entitled to one. So if they requested your SSN or you gave it to them you'll probably be entitled to one.
