Having had plenty of flights in both aircraft under BA's brand, it's a 787 without a shadow of doubt. In my hierarchy it is in 3rd place after A318 and UD747, LD A380 flying in 4th place. And on a longer night flight, or a very scenic route, arguably the 787 goes up the ratings due to air quality and windows.
