Bought a USB variable MC GC today from Safeway. Waited a couple of hours, registered the card online, and made a payment with no problems. On my GC activity it shows a payment to Citi for the full amount as complete, but also has a pending payment to Citi for $0.00 that is pending.

I even double checked my Citi account and the payment is there.

I don't know what any of this means, but maybe only certain cards and/or certain CSR's are having this issue.
This has been my experience for the last couple months stay tuned for a first hand data point later on tonight
