Actually I posted about this a few months ago when some of my entries similarly disappeared. It happens when someone else is editing the wiki at the same time as you, and I think depending on the exact timings it takes the edits from one persons edit and not the others. Basically no one is deleting your entries, you have just been unlucky that someone else is editing at the same time. Just edit the wiki again and all shoudl be fine.
