I usually only cook at home on weekends, those damn 12 hour days make it tough during the week. This morning I made scrambled eggs, with very nice heirloom eggs, sliced tomatoes from the farmers market and nova lox. Got some nice looking broccoli and some cucumbers from the farmers market this morning. Have to figure out how I want to cook them for dinner tonight. Considering sautéed maybe with some mushrooms. Open to suggestions
