Thanks. Both cards have 86 on them. I'm just concerned about the hit for a closure. I have the 2 amex cards and a department store card(not used in over a year). Good credit though. I guess I could go back down to a green card , but that will only save $30 dollars. Not sure if that is worth it.
If you use the backdating and open a new amex then the effect would not be so negative
